Wow. Used to check Deviantart regularly. I realized recently that, at some point, I stopped altogether. Pretty sure it was months ago.
I don't think it will bother people overmuch though if I step away xD I'm afraid adult responsibilities have caught up with me.
Maybe someday I'll retire and have time for the webcomic (*cough* doubtful. And yet, I still can't bring myself to reveal the plot. I still have remote hope). For now, drawing has pretty much ceased aside from what I do to engage children in lessons, but that's okay. The kiddos love it.

Real adult life and stuff
Well, it's been over a year since I updated my journal soooo... yeah. Still alive, still doodling. The comic is going to remain on hiatus since I have done almost no personal work in the last several years (sorry sorry. You don't realize how much work a comic is until you're making one @ _@ Try it. Seriously). I'm doing real-life adult things now, like working. I'm student teaching! :D It's the best thing ever, except when it's terrible. Still the best career for me, and I'm so happy to be a part of it. Here comes the next generation. Sooo... maybe people are wondering where I've been. Maybe not. Either way, I'll tell you. I am having the most hellish quarter. I have not had time to draw a single damn thing (omgosh! I can swear here. It's so nice! I have to censor myself on Facebook because I plan to become an elementary school teacher). I'm finishing up my Accounting degree (double major if anyone is confused... no they don't relate. Don't ask), and the final business core class is just a BITCH. It's awful. Just awful. And of course I picked this quarter to take a full credit load. *SIGH* So... yeah. I've been running a random mild fever off and on for three weeks now bec

Sorry for the mishmash of uncolored and/or old reference pictures! I got on board with this very last minute so I'm making do with old character references.
